Description
We are excited to offer a new production opportunity with one of the rapidly growing companies in the Mildenhall, Suffolk area, complete with full training provided!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing, welding or production environment. Experience using hand and power tools, grinders or similar equipment for cleaning and finishing would be advantageous, although full training may be provided to the right candidate.
The starting salary for this production role is GBP13.00 GBP14.00+ p/hour.
Production Operative Duties:
Cleaning and finishing welded componentsRemoving weld spatter, slag and excess materialUsing grinders, hand tools and other equipment as requiredPreparing welds and components to the required standardInspecting finished welds and identifying any defectsHandling and moving components safely within the production areaFollowing production instructions and quality requirementsMaintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area The standard working hours for the role are 06 00, Monday to Friday.
