The Docks, Sharpness, Gloucestershire GL13 9UX 13.00 per hour Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm 40 hours per week Temporary with progression

Due to location you must have your own transport

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well–established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundwork or a physically demanding, hands–on environment.

Key Duties

Operating machinery safely and efficiently.

Heavy lifting and manual handling duties.

Loading machinery with packaging materials.

Palletising finished goods.

General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Willingness to carry out hands–on, manual tasks.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Reliable, safety–conscious, and hardworking approach.

What We Offer

Starting rate of 13.00 per hour.

Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00am–4:00pm.

40 hours per week.
