Production OperativePort TalbotGBP14.75 per hour, 39 hour week (paid breaks), 2 shift patternTemporary, 3 months + extension / permanence possibleYolk Recruitment is supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Port Talbot with a strong reputation for looking after its people. A stable site with a good record of staff retention, clear processes, safety first approach and strong training in a clean, well organised operation. This is a Production Operative role to cover long term planned absence, with growth meaning the potential for extension and permanence is here. You'd work a two shift pattern, one week of 6am-2pm and one week of 2pm-10pm, with short Fridays and all breaks paid. You'll need a background in manufacturing/production, and would suit someone reliable, practical and comfortable with repetition in the role. This is what you'll be doing

Working in Production, supporting the manufacture of finished products, as part of a small production teamHandling material as part of the production processCutting or processing products to required lengths and standardsFollowing clear work instructions and safety proceduresThis is what you'll need
