Warehouse & Production Operative Location: Taunton Salary: GBP12.21 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Production Operative to join our growing team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive environment where no two days are the same.

You ll be involved in a variety of tasks including labelling, packing, stock movement and general warehouse duties. With production levels increasing, this role offers stability, variety and the chance to develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities Carry out general warehouse and production duties

Labelling, packing boxes and preparing orders

Maintain a clean and tidy workspace

Work collaboratively with the production team and other departments

Support health & safety standards across the site

What We re Looking For Strong attention to detail and good hand–eye coordination

Organised, proactive and willing to take on varied tasks

Previous warehouse or production experience is desirable

Positive attitude and team–focused approach
