I'm looking for a Production Operative to join a small, supportive team on site. It's hands-on, varied, and full of opportunities to learn, whether that's looking after crops, keeping equipment in top shape, or ensuring customers get the very best produce.

The Role
Harvesting and preparing crops with care and efficiency
Spotting and reporting any crop issues
Collecting and entering data into company systems
Maintaining and cleaning harvesting & facility equipment
Carrying out sampling, testing, and reporting
Working with a tight-knit team where no two days are the same
Always keeping food safety & H&S at the heart of what you do
This role would be a Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30 with occasional weekend work (Around every 6 weeks).
What we're looking for
Ideally, I am looking for someone from the food industry, whether it be food manfufactruing or working with fresh produce.
A great work ethic and a willingness to learn is really important. There are a lot of opportunities to grow so having someone with the right mindset woudl thrive.
You must be able to drive.
