Factory Operator – Nights

Please note that this role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months! This is not a permanent role

Shift times – 6pm–6am – Night Shift – 4on4off

Pay Rate – 13.90 per hour – weekly paid

What you'll be doing

As a Production Operative, you'll play a vital role across multiple areas of our operation – supporting everything from hygiene and safety to product handling and machine operations.

This is a hands–on role in a fast–paced environment with real variety. You'll be involved in:

Operating production lines and automated equipmentMaintaining hygiene and quality standardsWorking collaboratively within a 24/7 manufacturing teamEnsuring compliance with food safety and health & safety practices

Please note: This is a physically active role that includes some heavy lifting.

What we're looking for

We are looking for the following skillset, but not limited to, and full training will be provided:

A good standard of English and MathsComfortable working a 12–hour shiftExperience in a similar production or FMCG environment preferred (not essential)Flexible and adaptable to different tasksStrong awareness of health, safety, and food hygiene standards (training provided)A team player with good communication and attention to detailWe're proud to be recognised in the Gender Equity Measure Top 100 for our commitment to gender equality.
