Forklift & Truck Driver

Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Forklift & Truck Driver to join our busy warehouse and play a key role in keeping our stock moving efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating forklifts and trucks who also enjoys ensuring stock accuracy and smooth warehouse operations.

What we offer:

No weekend work

Monday to Thursday: 07:30–16:30

Early Friday finish: 07:30–11:30

Your role will include:

* Loading and unloading vehicles safely using forklifts and trucks

* Moving stock around the warehouse and preparing it for production or dispatch

* Monitoring goods in/out and updating stock systems accurately

* Picking and preparing work orders for dispatch

* Assisting with stock control, reporting, and stock investigations

* Supporting regular stock checks and ensuring warehouse processes run smoothly

* Working closely with planning, production, and logistics teams

What we’re looking for:

* Proven warehouse experience with forklift/truck operation (essential)

* Counterbalance or other relevant forklift license (essential)

* Strong organisation, communication skills, and attention to detail

* Basic computer literacy; experience with stock systems is a bonus

* Reliable team player with a flexible approach
