Location: Hailsham Shifts: Mon – Fri: 07:30 – 16:00

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Production / Labouring Operative to assist our client in Hailsham on a temporary basis. This role involves working in a fast–paced production environment, assisting in the creation of concrete products using moulds. Ideal for someone with a hands–on approach and a strong work ethic.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and clean concrete moulds for daily production. Pour and level concrete into moulds according to specifications. Assist with demoulding and finishing of concrete lintels. Carry out general labouring duties around the production site. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Load and stack finished products for storage or dispatch. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.

Preferable for this position but not essential:

Forklift experience Access to own vehicle (Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK. Access to a device to complete an online application. Reliable and punctual. Previous experience in a similar role Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
