Can you provide technical or product support to colleagues and clients alike?

We are exclusively working with our longstanding market leading client who are looking to add this new role to the business, based out of Leicestershire this role will support our clients, sales and production teams with all things to do with our products

What you will be doing:

Provide technical advice for all internal and external stakeholders for installation and technical standardsCo–ordinate and administrate product testing to ensure compliance with the correct standardsSupport the sales team assisting with regards to technical queriesHelp in product development across the businessAttend meetings to add technical help to and advice to ongoing product issuesSkills Experience

Demonstrable technical aptitude with particular focus on building / roofing technical specificationsAn understanding of industry standardsBe qualified to a level expected on HNC/HND or similar construction experienceBe able to interpret schematics / drawings
