Production Operative

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Crawley

12.72 per hour + separate holiday pay Full–time Permanent On–site

We are looking for a reliable, detail–focused and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Operative.

You'll be responsible for preparing and customising appliances to each customer's individual requirements, ensuring orders are accurate and ready to use.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and preparing products for customer orders

Templating and cutting products to size, requiring very good hand–eye coordination

Using computer systems to log work, print orders and check stock

Working towards daily and weekly targets

Supporting picking and packing when required, as well as helping to keep the warehouse tidy

About You

We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a positive can–do attitude, and very good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform detailed tasks

No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. However, previous production or assembly experience would be beneficial.
