In this role, you will:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking

Ensure all surfaces are defect-free before painting begins

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Collaborate with the painting team for smooth workflowWhat we're looking for

Experience in paint preparation, ideally in the marine industry

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

The ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Knowledge of health and safety practices in paint prepping
