Job Details

Position: Packing/Manufacturing Operative

Location: Livesey Street, Sheffield, S6 2AP

Job Type: Temporary - ongoing

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £15.51/hour

Shifts: Morning: 5:50 AM - 1:50 PM, Afternoon: 1:50 PM - 9:50 PM, Night: 9:50 PM - 5:50 AM*Must be flexible with all the above shifts*

Responsibilities:

Check product quality, meticulously removing any damaged or defective items from the production line.

Ensure trays are correctly filled and stacked for the next stage of production.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, strictly adhering to all health and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets.

Perform other reasonable duties as required by the management team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Mandatory experience in packing or manufacturing within a warehouse or factory environment.

Good understanding of English (written and spoken).

Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work at speed.

Physically fit to handle the manual requirements of the role.

Basic understanding of health and safety standards and basic computer skills.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week as required.
