Salary: 30,000 – 32,000

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless projects by collaborating closely with production sites and clients, ensuring smooth information flow and consistently high–quality output that meets and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities for a Project Manager

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Category, Brand, and Design teamsManage projects end–to–end in a client–facing capacityProvide regular updates and effectively manage client expectationsCollaborate closely with internal and client teams to ensure smooth deliveryDemonstrate proactivity and offer technical support to build trustAct as a reliable, approachable point of contact for clients and colleaguesTake ownership of challenges, offering solutions with a "can–do" mindsetConsistently strive to exceed client expectationsMaintain strong commercial awareness across all projectsSkills & Experience Required for a Project Manager:

18–24 months' experience in a Project Management roleAbility to provide cover for Account Managers when requiredExperience mentoring or supporting junior team membersStrong decision–making and problem–solving skillsExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and a proactive approachFlexible, hardworking, and a strong team playerProfessional, approachable, and trustworthyAbility to lead by example and positively influence othersGood knowledge of print and repro processesMust have packaging artwork experienceUnderstanding of design, retail, branding, and packagingApply Now
