Night Shift Production Operative
A renowned leader in the production of confections, offering a wide array of delightful products, including gum, mints, and various sweets. Their cutting-edge chewing gum factory in Estover, Plymouth, is expanding, and we're seeking dedicated long term temporary Night Shift Factory Operatives to join our team.
If you're passionate about manufacturing and thrive in a busy production environment, this opportunity is for you. As a temporary Night Shift Factory Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production lines, consistently delivering the high-quality products we're known for.
While prior factory experience as a Machine Operator is advantageous, they provide extensive and supportive on-the-job training. Expect a physically demanding role, offering room for growth and the chance to learn more technical aspects of the work in this temporary ongoing role.
Requirements:
A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
Transportation to our Plymouth location
What We Offer:
Competitive pay rates: £16.76 per hour
28 days of holiday pay, rising to 33 after 12 weeks
