Job Responsibilities

Operate large-scale industrial machinery in accordance with defined instructions and operating procedures.

Follow production schedules diligently, working effectively within a small team or crew.

Set up machines, load raw materials, and manually operate equipment to produce adhesive-coated tapes.

Unload finished products from machines, ensuring quality standards are met.

Work from written or verbal instructions, applying judgement and selectivity as needed.

Monitor and control product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Utilise basic data entry skills and computer proficiency for operational documentation.

Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely, with a valid licence, to handle raw materials and finished goods.

Contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment, demonstrating reliability and excellent timekeeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing setting, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

Valid forklift truck (FLT) licence.

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Reliable timekeeping and a proactive approach to safety. xjnqpsq

Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.

Flexibility to work on a rotating 8-hour shift pattern, including days and evenings, Monday to Friday
