Hygiene Operative – Food Production

Location: in person

Pay: 15.82 per hour

Shift hours: 22:00–06:00

We're looking for reliable Hygiene Operatives who take pride in keeping a food production environment safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you like working as part of a close–knit team and you're comfortable in a fast–paced setting, this role will suit you.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

Deep cleaning production lines, equipment, and factory areasCompleting pre–and post–clean checks to meet food safety standardsWorking with detergents and cleaning chemicals safelySupporting shutdown, changeovers, and daily hygiene routinesFollowing all site health & safety and allergen controlsWhat You'll Need

Good level of physical fitness (some lifting and manual work involved)Ability to follow hygiene and safety proceduresReliability – attendance matters because production depends on youPrevious hygiene or food factory experience is ideal, but full training is providedWhat We Offer
