We re recruiting a Machine Operator to join a successful global print manufacturing business. Whether you re already operating machinery or working as a Production Operative looking for the next step, full training is provided.

You ll be trained to operate specialist print production equipment, ensuring high–quality output in a fast–paced manufacturing environment.

You will learn to:

Set up and operate production machinery Monitor quality and production output Carry out routine machine cleaning and maintenance Record production information accurately Troubleshoot basic production issues Support continuous improvement activities What We re Looking For

We d like to hear from candidates with experience as a:

Machine Operator, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Print Operator, Assembly Operative, or Warehouse Operative (with machine experience).

You ll need:

Strong attention to detail Ability to follow processes and instructions Basic IT/computer skills A reliable, team–focused attitude Willingness to learn and develop Hours

37.5 hours per week

Standard shift pattern (after training):

Monday Wednesday: 4:00pm 2:00am Thursday: 3:30pm 1:00am Training Period (1 3 months):

Monday Wednesday: 6:30am 4:30pm Thursday: 6:30am 4:00pm Please note: During training, the shift premium is not payable. It is applied once training is completed and you move onto the standard shift pattern.
