Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £32,760, rising to £35,868 on full qualification

Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Schedule: Continental Shift Pattern (12-hour rotating day & night shifts)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading food production company in Milton Keynes. They are seeking Line Service / Production Operatives to join their team and support high-quality, safe, and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

·Operate Flowwrap and Multivac packaging machines

·Conduct quality checks in line with food safety standards

·Run multiple production lines and achieve KPI targets

·Minimise waste and support efficiency improvements

·Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

·Manage stock control and product traceability

·Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

·Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

·Detail-oriented with a safety-first mindset

·Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential - full training is provided
