Location: Birmingham

Salary: £31,500 + Bonus Opportunities

Shifts: Rotating 2 Shift Pattern

Times: 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm

5S Recruitment Limited are working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Birmingham who are looking to recruit an experienced Injection Mould Setter / Operator to strengthen their production team.

Shift Pattern

Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

The Role

* Carrying out mould/tool changes safely and efficiently

* Setting and starting injection moulding machines

* Process optimisation and troubleshooting

* Monitoring product quality during production runs

* Working to production targets and quality standards

* Supporting continuous improvement activities

* Basic machine and tooling maintenance

* Ensuring housekeeping and 5S standards are maintained

* Working closely with production and quality teams

Requirements

* Previous experience within injection moulding manufacturing

* Experience carrying out tool changes and machine start-ups

* Ability to fault find and adjust processes

* Good understanding of quality standards

* Positive attitude and reliable approach to work

* Comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Team player with good communication skills
