We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sewing Machinist to join a small, friendly manufacturing team in Lancaster. This is a fantastic full–time opportunity for someone with previous industrial sewing experience who can confidently work on a sewing machine independently.
About the Role
You will be working as part of a small production team responsible for manufacturing high–quality cushions and related soft furnishings. Duties include:
Operating industrial sewing machines independentlyManufacturing and assembling cushionsWorking to production targets and quality standardsSupporting general manufacturing duties when required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a sewing machinist (industrial setting preferred)Ability to work confidently and independently on sewing machineryGood attention to detail and quality–focused approachReliable, motivated, and able to work well within a small team
Shifts & Pay
Monday to FridayFull–time hoursPay graded based on experience
