Food Production Operative

AM2PM Recruitment are currently working alongside a well–established international food production company who distribute finished products to well known fast food retailers in Heywood, OL10.

Whilst working on this assignment you will be supporting us with the manufacturing and distributing of our finished products. You will support us by completing many of the below tasks below;

Duties the work will involve;

Quality Checking & Rejecting product that does not meet client standards

Mixing & weighing ingredients

Machinery Operating

Packaging products to the required client standards

Loading and Unloading muffin trays onto conveyor belt

Physically moving stacked muffin trays

Packaging finished goods at the end of the production line

Physical lifting and movement of crates containing finished goods

Adhere to health & safety regulations on–site

Shifts and Pay Rates;

Flexible shifts : 6am –6pm, 6pm – 6am

Monday – Friday rate GBP12.71

Saturday rate GBP19.01

Sunday / Bank Holiday

Night shift allowance – Additional

What we're looking for?

Previous food production experience ( 1 YEAR )

Comfortable with handling and preparing food

Comfortable with standing for long periods of times

Able to lift and carry finished products of minimum 15kg

Good level of English and Maths
