Gap personnel is recruiting multiple food production Operatives to join our client s seafood processing team based in shoeburyness.

Pay Rate: GBP12.71 per hour

Hours: Variety of shifts Monday to Sunday, varying shift times apply so will require flexible workers

Type: Temporary Ongoing

Location: Shoeburyness

Key Duties:

Picking raw seafood products and monitoring the cleaning processCarrying out quality checks on raw and cooked products.Cooking raw seafood as per production requirements.Operating machinery safely and efficiently.Sorting and preparing cans to ensure correct processing and labelling.Performing final quality checks and preparing products for dispatch by loading onto trolleys.Adhering to safe operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.Cleaning down the factory at the end of the day, following strict food safety guidelines. Requirements:

Experience in food production is desirable, but full training will be providedStrong attention to detail and good hygiene practicesAbility to work in a fast–paced, chilled environmentTeam player with a positive attitudeNo shellfish allergiesFood Hygiene & H&S training required (provided by gap personnel) To apply for this Production Operative position,please submit your updated CV.
