Description
The Butchers Recruiter are looking for several Food Production Operatives in Coventry. These are long-term opportunities, with ongoing work from June until into 2027, with a high likelihood of this turning into a permanent job.
You will be working in a chilled environment, handling raw or cured meat (pork/bacon/gammon) through processing, slicing, packing, and delivery - all to customer specifications and quality standards.

Working Hours:
14.00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday
What you’ll be doing as Food Production Operative:
* Processing, slicing, and weighing products
* Grading and packing to customer specs
* Checking labels and packaging
* Palletising finished goods
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
* Reporting health & safety concerns
* Working xjnqpsq as part of a team to meet targets
* Following all company policies and procedures
