Mechanical Assembler & Machine Operator

Aldershot

£12.80 - £15.00 per hour (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for both Mechanical Assemblers and Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in Aldershot. These are hands-on roles suited to candidates with manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Mechanical Assembler - Key Responsibilities

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

* Mechanical assembly of products.

* Installing doors, locks, and mechanical components.

Machine Operator - Key Responsibilities

* Operating moulding machinery within a fast-paced team.

* Adjusting machine settings.

* Performing minor repair and maintenance when required.

* Quality control and packing of orders.

Requirements

* Experience reading technical drawings (essential for assembly role).

* Previous experience within manufacturing or production.

* Mechanical assembly or fitting background (for assembler role).

* Experience with moulded/plastic parts advantageous (for machine operator role).
