The Role
As a Factory Operative, your duties may include:
Operating and monitoring CNC and production machinery Loading materials into pre–set machines Monitoring machine cycles to ensure safe and accurate operation Quality checking finished goods Light Assembly Order picking and preparing goods for despatch Labelling, wrapping, banding and palletising products Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Some roles involve manual handling and all roles require working on your feet all shift.
What We re Looking For
Previous manufacturing / production experience desirable Ability to work in a fast–paced environment comfortable with repetitive work and manual handling Good attention to detail Strong team working skills Reliable with a strong work ethic Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
