Manufacturing Technician

Position Details:

Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)Hourly Rate: 13.53Working Pattern: Full Time (Mon – Fri, 07:00 – 15:30)Location: Edgbaston Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in the operations team, ensuring impeccable performance and innovative ideas are at the forefront of production. Your responsibilities will include:

Independently managing your workload against a published plan.Overseeing inventory to ensure materials are available for completing assigned tasks.Performing scheduled activities for designated equipment, area, or function.Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives proactively.Taking ownership of your work to ensure it is completed 'right first time'.Assisting with any other duties as reasonably required.Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.Ability to learn, understand, and carry out instructions effectively.Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a cGMP environment and workload management will be advantageous.
