Electrical Fitter/Assembler
GBP12.60 up to GBP14.50 P/H DOE Day Shift Mon–Thur 7:30am – 17:00pm, Friday 07:30am – 12.30pm Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for Electrical Fitters/Assemblers on behalf of one of our prestigious clients, who are a Trailer manufacturer in the ST4 area.
What will you be doing?
Assembling electrical wiring and components on HGV Trailers. Working from detailed and technical schematics/drawings and working to precise specifications. Making sure all work is completed to a high quality and accurately. Quality checking all work completed and resolving any issues that may have arisen. Working as part of a team and/or on your own to finish work within a timely and efficient manner. What will you need to succeed for this role?
You will need to have proven previous experience within electrical assembly or fitting. A good keen eye to detail and precision in your work. Previous experience and good understanding in reading/working with engineering drawings. Experience working with various electrical tools. Ability to work on your own or a part of a team. Hourly rate starting out GBP12.60p/h up to GBP14.50p/h dependent on experience. Overtime paid at a premium. Day shift, with an early finish on Fridays. There will be opportunities to enhance your skills within the role and to progress your career in with business.
