We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join an established precision engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC professional looking for a long–term position with a company that offers genuine career progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for offline programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines, producing high–quality precision components to tight tolerances.

The Role

Creating and modifying offline CNC programmes using AlphacamSetting and operating CNC turning machinesWorking with Doosan and DMG NLX machinesProgramming and editing using Fanuc controlsProducing precision components to engineering drawings and specificationsEnsuring components are manufactured to the required quality and tolerancesCarrying out quality checks and using a range of measuring equipmentWorking efficiently to production schedules and deadlinesSupporting continuous improvement within the machining departmentThe Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer with:

Proven experience in CNC TurningStrong offline programming experience using Alphacam – essentialExperience with Doosan and DMG NLX machines – essentialExperience with Fanuc controlsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong understanding of precision engineering and machining tolerancesA good eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality workAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively to a teamSalary & Benefits
