Are you a CNC Setter / Operator looking for a days–based, local role within a longstanding manufacturer known for looking after their staff who offer optional overtime and a bonus to increase your earnings?

Established in the 1950's, this independent sub–contractor manufactures precision components for a range of sectors such as the automotive, medicine, defence, oil & gas with a focus on the Aerospace industry. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking for another Machinist to join their friendly team.

In this days–based role, you will be running both a Mill and a Lathe, undertaking primarily setting and operating in addition to supporting with programming (training can be provided). You will work within a tight–knit team as you work on a range of projects and have the opportunity to increase your earnings through optional overtime.

This role will suit a CNC Setter/Operator who is looking to join an established company that offers a good work life balance and an exciting workload as well as optional training to upskill yourself.

The Role:

Setting and operating Mills and LathesUndertake programming (training provided)Working Monday–Thursday (7:30am–4:30pm) and Fridays (7:30am–12:30pm) with flexible start and finish timeOpportunity for overtime (1.5x pay), training and quarterly attendance bonusThe Person:
