CNC Field Service Engineer
Location: Midlands / North West / North (Regional Coverage)
Salary: GBP38,000 GBP42,000 Door–to–Door Overtime Company Car
We are currently recruiting for a CNC Field Service Engineer to join a well–established and highly respected machine tool company supporting customers across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Field Service Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join a business offering strong earning potential, varied work, and long–term stability.
The Role CNC Field Service Engineer:
As a CNC Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding, and installing CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK.
Typical responsibilities include:
Fault finding and diagnostics on CNC machineryMechanical or electrical repair work depending on your biasInstallation and commissioning of machinesPreventative maintenance and servicingWorking on lathes and machining centresMechanical CNC Field Service Engineer experience may include:
Ball screw and linear guide replacementSpindle rebuilds and alignmentsMachine geometry and installation workElectrical CNC Field Service Engineer experience may include:
Fault finding on drives, controls and circuitsUse of diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)Working with Fanuc or Okuma controlsWhat s on offer:
