Assembly & Operations Coordinator

Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, family-run business based in Eccleshall.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business, you'll play a key part in supporting assembly, logistics, and office functions, helping ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Electronic and electro-mechanical assembly of small components

Basic wiring, soldering, and testing of assemblies

Carrying out quality checks with a high level of accuracy

Supporting goods in and goods out, including checking deliveries and preparing dispatches

Assisting with preparation of sales quotations

Processing customer purchase orders

General administration, including answering phones, filing, and responding to emails

Providing day-to-day support across production and office teams as requiredWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly

Confident using hand tools and following instructions or technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity

Comfortable with basic computer systems (email, order processing, etc.)

A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support different areas
