Job Title: Assembler

Location: Leicestershire, LE4

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6am – 2:30pm and Friday, 6am – 11:30am (37.5 hours per week)

Pay: 13 per hour

The Company:

The Role:

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components and products to high standards, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products or components according to technical drawings, work instructions, or specifications (SOPs)Perform repetitive tasks to assemble components or products at respective workstationsOperate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectivelyInspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAlways adhere and follow company health and safety proceduresReport any issues or faults to supervisor(s) promptlyWork collaboratively with team members to meet production KPI targets

About You:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferredGood manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret technical documents or diagramsStrong work ethic and reliabilityFull understanding of health and safety regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
