Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Technician!

Our client, a pioneering organisation dedicated to optimising multiple myeloma, immune system disorders, and special protein diagnostics, is looking for a talented Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team in Edgbaston, Birmingham!

About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of innovative healthcare solutions that make a difference in people's lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions will be valued and recognised.

Contract Details:

Contract Type: Temporary

Contract Length: 12 months with potential for extension

Hourly Rate: 13.81

Working Pattern: Full–Time (37.5 hours per week)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee quality and compliance.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products.Collaborate with cross–functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.Maintain accurate records of production activities and results.Participate in health and safety briefings and training to uphold workplace safety standards.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work effectively in a fast–paced, team–oriented environment.Excellent problem–solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Good communication skills and a positive attitude!
