About the Role

I am recruiting a experienced Night Supervisor to oversee our inbound and outbound freight operations, including pick, pack, and dispatch activities within a fast paced warehouse. This role requires a leader who can maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy, and service while operating with full autonomy on site during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead and supervise night–shift warehouse teams across inbound, outbound, pick/pack, and dispatch.

– Maintain full operational oversight and autonomous decision–making for the site during night hours.

– Ensure all pharmaceutical products are handled in line with GDP/GMP, temperature–controlled, and security requirements.

– Communicate clearly and effectively with teams and stakeholders.

– Follow through on operational actions, ensuring all processes remain compliant.

– Drive productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.

– Provide detailed and accurate handover reports.

– Support coaching, training, and development of staff.

– Maintain site safety, security, and incident management.

– Ensure stock accuracy through regular checks, audits, and system updates.

– Manage replenishment activities and ensure inventory is stored correctly.

– Oversee stock control processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce discrepancies.

– Work closely with Logistics Planning and the Logistics team on vehicle coordination and requirements.

What We re Looking For

– Supervisory experience in logistics

– Strong understanding of temperature–controlled logistics.

– A strong communicator with proven follow–through.

– Confident, autonomous decision–maker.

– Fully flexible within a Sunday Thursday night–shift structure.

– Competent with WMS systems and reporting tools.
