Weare recruiting for an experienced Transport Operator to join our client based in the heart of Daventry.

Monday–Friday

06:00–15:00

GBP16.20 p/h

Temp to perm.

Job duties:

Schedule and complete all compliance bookings within legal timelines. Allocate drivers across our two–man crew network and general haulage operations. Monitor and record daily driver KPIs to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure task completion and legal driving compliance. Support the team in adapting to new contracts and customer requirements. Provide a high level of customer service through dynamic and flexible logistical support. What you'll need:

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understands transport compliance, planning, and logistics operations.
