Omnia Resourcing is proud to be recruiting for our new client, a leading logistics and distribution business, seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Rugby.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is confident using Excel, has excellent attention to detail and can effectively manage a variety of warehouse administration duties.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Administrator:

Provide day–to–day administrative support across warehouse operationsMaintain accurate records, reports and documentationCreate and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports and trackersProcess orders, invoices and other warehouse–related documentationMonitor and record stock, deliveries and operational informationLiaise with warehouse teams, internal departments, suppliers and other stakeholdersEnsure all paperwork and systems are kept accurate and up to dateSupport with general warehouse administration and operational tasks

Requirements as Warehouse Administrator:

Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environmentStrong Excel skills – confident working with spreadsheets, formulas and dataExcellent attention to detail and accuracyHighly organised with strong time–management skillsGood communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with different teamsAbility to work independently and as part of a busy teamProactive, reliable and positive can–do attitude
