Salary: 45,000– 50,000 DOE

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transport Manager with a CPC to lead a fast–paced transport operation. This role requires a hands–on leader who can make decisions confidently, drive performance, and build a strong operational culture. You will be responsible for overseeing the day–to–day operations function, ensuring service levels, compliance, and operational efficiency are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day–to–day transport operation to ensure smooth and efficient delivery performanceLead and develop transport teams, creating a positive and accountable cultureEnsure compliance with all transport legislation, health & safety, and operational proceduresDrive operational improvements and implement effective processesMonitor KPIs, service levels, and operational costsMake proactive decisions to support operational performance and customer satisfactionWork closely with internal teams and customers to ensure high service standards

Key Skills/Experience:

Previous experience within a Transport Manager or similar leadership roleCPC qualification is a mustStrong decision–making ability and a calm approach under pressureResilient, adaptable, and forward–thinking leadership styleHands–on manager who leads from the frontExcellent communication and people management skillsStrong understanding of transport operations, compliance, and planningProcessing Your Data
