Job Title: Traffic Coordinator

Location: Runcorn

Salary: 30,000– 32,000 DOE

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off 06:00–18:00

Summary:

We are looking for an organised and detail–focused Traffic Coordinator to join a busy and fast–paced transport operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong traffic and transport knowledge who thrives in an environment where accuracy, communication, and problem solving are key. You will play a vital role in supporting the day–to–day traffic function, ensuring all planning, routing, and data entry activities are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily traffic and transport activities across the operationEnsure all data entry is completed accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor deliveries and respond to operational issues proactivelyLiaise with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operationsMaintain accurate transport records and operational documentationSupport the wider transport team in achieving service and performance targetsKey Skills/Experience:

Previous experience within a traffic, transport coordination roleStrong traffic knowledgeExcellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracyStrong administrative and data entry skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast–paced operational environmentGood communication and organisational skillsA proactive and team–focused attitudeProcessing Your Data
