Are you a seasoned transport professional looking for your next challenge? Vortex Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Co–ordinator to join our client, working on a 4 on 4 off rota from 19:00 to 07:00. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in transport planning and logistics.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for managing transport operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring all procedures are adhered to while maintaining optimal service levels. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and demonstrate an ability to manage HGV drivers while maintaining a focus on air cargo operations when necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

– Minimum of 2 years' experience in transport planning

– Thorough knowledge of ETSF procedures

– Experience in air cargo logistics is an advantage

– Proven ability to manage HGV drivers and their schedules

– Excellent communication and organisational skills

– A proactive approach to problem–solving and decision–making

– Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast–paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee day–to–day transport operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
