Reed is delighted to be working with a respected client in Redditch to recruit an experienced Logistics Transformation Manager with a strong background in the automotive sector. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic organisation, offering the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects from concept through to delivery.

You'll be responsible for managing complex project lifecycles, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and stakeholder alignment. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry experience, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to leadership and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Define project goals, deliverables, and success metricsCreate and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsLead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partnersMonitor progress and proactively resolve issues or delaysMaintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levelsConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across operationsManage scope, timeline, and budget changes using structured processes What We're Looking For
