Immediate requirement for a proactive Logistics Administrator to support end–to–end shipping and warehouse coordination for a busy operation based in Nottingham.

This is a fast–paced, communication–heavy role working closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

The Role

Coordinate goods collection, outbound shipping & cross–dockingLiaise with 3PL partners for pickups, ETAs, and delivery updatesMaintain shipping logs, proof of delivery (POD), and tracking recordsMonitor inbound/outbound POs and project stock levelsMaintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentationProactively escalate delays or shipment issues

The Person

Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain adminStrong Microsoft Office & Excel skillsConfident communicator across multiple stakeholdersHighly organised and able to work under pressureTeam PlayerProactive and solutions–focused
