Construction Traffic Marshall

Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Traffic Marshal to join our team on an upcoming project based near Tonbridge. This is an important site based role, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, plant and pedestrians at all times.

The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining site safety standards and supporting the wider project team in delivering works safely and on programme.

Key Responsibilities

Safely manage and direct all site traffic, including delivery vehicles and plant machinery
Control access and egress to site in accordance with site logistics plans
Ensure the safety of pedestrians, operatives and visitors at all times
Communicate clearly with drivers and site teams to coordinate movements
Maintain site access routes in a safe and orderly condition
Support the site management team with general site duties where required
Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures
Report any incidents, near misses or safety concerns immediately

Requirements

Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman certification
Valid Driving License
Valid CSCS card
Previous experience working on a construction site
Strong awareness of health & safety regulations
Good communication skills
Reliable, punctual and professional approach
