Deliver UK Ltd are a freight forwarder providing road, sea & air transport services to UK & internationhal based clients. We are looking for a Freight Forwarder to join our expanding team, to manage the growing portfolio of customers.

The role will mainly focus on service delivery to our client base,

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing customersEnsure logistics partners are performing against SLA sActively track collections and deliveries to ensure on time and solve any problems that may arise.Negotiate prices with clients and transport providers.Chase PODs from completed loads.Provide quotations for transport enquiries.On call rota The right candidate

Previous transport industry experience is a bonus but not essential (full training provided)Good geographical knowledge of the UKAbility to work in a fast–paced & pressured environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent customer service skillsProblem solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written What Deliver UK can offer you
