Data Entry Administrator (Part–Time)

Looking for a part–time role where accuracy and attention to detail really matter?

Join our team helping manage import and export documentation and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Type: Temp to Perm

Location: Cheltenham

Working Days: Monday & Tuesday (2 days per week)

Working Hours: (flexible)

7:00am – 3:30pm

8:00am – 4:30pm

9:00am – 5:30pm

Pay: 12.80 – 13.00 per hour

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail–oriented Data Entry Administrator to support our import and export operations. This role involves reviewing and processing shipping documentation, ensuring information is accurately entered into internal systems, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies within documentation.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy when handling data.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter import and export information into company systems and databases

Review and check shipping and customs documentation for accuracy

Identify, highlight, and help resolve any discrepancies in documentation

Ensure all records are completed and maintained to a high level of accuracy

Communicate with internal teams to clarify or resolve documentation issues

Maintain organised digital records and ensure data is stored correctly

Support the wider team with general administrative tasks when required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in data entry, administration, or logistics documentation is desirable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable using computer systems and data entry platforms

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to identify errors and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Basic knowledge of import/export or logistics processes would be an advantage
