We provide the truck, but you should have a clean driving record and driving licence. Drivers will generally work a 12 hour shift pattern including day/night shifts, but occasional extended hours and weekend hours may be necessary, especially around holidays.

Weekly pay

Documents/experience/requirements:

Hold a valid CE license, Driver CPC Card (or DQC Card)

Understand and comply to tachograph and driver hours regulations

Minimum 6 months HGV 1 Driving Experience.

Digital Tachograph card.

Driver qualification card.

Knowledge and understanding of the driving regulations in the UK.

Clean Driving licence.

Be flexible to work 60hr weeks

Pass a background check (below) to the extend it is permitted by the applicable law

Pass a standard drug and alcohol test (below) to the extend it is permitted by the applicable law

Be able to speak & read English satisfactorily

No more than a maximum of 6 penalty points in the Driver's License (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)

Approved drivers consist of drivers with BGC results as "Meets Requirements" and drug and alcohol tests with negative results.

Comfortable with Mobile Phone applications (training will be provided if required)

We offer you:

5 Days per Week Shifts (4 nights out)

Perform Tramping work - Driving only from fulfilment centre to fulfilment centre

Work variable shifts (12 hours shifts)

11hr Daily Rest on most days.

Over time

Your tasks/role as a truck driver:

Transport goods from station to station

No loading / unloading expected, we will do that for you!

Reliable and safe driving with careful handling of the vehicles and trailers

Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to warehouse on time

Interact with stakeholders in a professional manner. i.e., possess a good attitude

Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery trucks and notify manager of any issues
