Class 1 driver

Description

Gi Group are recruiting multiple experienced Class 1 day drivers for our international client in Eggborough (DN14). This company provides end–to–end logistics and transport services to keep construction and building–material supply chains moving.

Class 1 shifts and pay rate:

Monday to Friday

04:00am starts

11:00am starts

Monday to Friday days – 18.63

Please note this is PAYE only and inclusive of advanced holiday pay

HGV Class 1 Driver – Key Duties

1–2 drops

Delivering Insulation / Plaster board

10–12 hours average shift length, minimum 8 hours

No handball

We need drivers with the below:

UK, in date, Class 1 (CE) licence with 2 years experience minimum

Current and valid CPC and Digi Tacho

No more than 6 penalty points (no IN,MS,TT, DR or DD codes)

An assessment and induction will be required – this is will paid if successful.
