7.5 ton driver

Description

GI Group are currently recruiting multiple 7.5T Drivers for our internationally known client in Bournemouth (BH21). This company provides courier services worldwide, focusing on the express road–based market and offering services such as delivery, freight forwarding, and logistics.

Drivers shifts and Pay:

Monday to Friday – occasional weekends offeredHours of Work: 08:00 – approx 18:00 17.98/hr standard 23.43/hr OT (after 40hrs) Please note that this pay rate is PAYE and includes advanced holiday pay

7.5T Driver main duties will include:

Conducting vehicle checksMaking deliveries/collections each day to customers and depotsManual handling is involved while loading and unloadingHandling device to confirm delivery status and communicate with the depotPrioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met

Driver requirements:

No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codesGood customer service skillsValid and in date Tachograph and CPC qualificationsAt least 1yr experience with 7.5T roles
