Location: Livingston

Salary: 29,744 per year

Hours: 44 hours per week – 4–day working week, 6:30am start

Pattern: 3–week rotating shift pattern – No Sundays

Are you an experienced, reliable driver who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service? We're hiring a 3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to join a busy distribution operation in Livingston.

This is a permanent role offering a 4–day working week, no Sunday working and a 5–day rest period every three weeks.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be responsible for delivering furniture safely and professionally to customers' homes while providing an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

Safely driving a 3.5 Tonne delivery vehicle and following planned delivery routesLoading, unloading and delivering furniture safelyWorking alongside a crew mate to complete daily deliveriesAssisting with furniture delivery and installation in customers' homesProviding friendly and professional customer serviceCompleting vehicle safety checks and delivery paperworkReporting any vehicle, delivery or customer issuesFollowing all Health & Safety and manual handling proceduresMaintaining a clean and professional delivery vehicleSupporting warehouse and distribution duties when requiredCarrying out regular heavy lifting and manual handlingWhat You'll Get:

Valid UK driving licence suitable for driving a 3.5 Tonne vehiclePrevious delivery, driving or logistics experienceGood communication and customer service skillsReliable, professional and positive attitudeComfortable working as part of a two–person delivery teamGood time management and ability to follow delivery schedulesStrong understanding of safe driving and manual handlingPhysically fit and comfortable with regular heavy liftingAbility to follow company processes and Health & Safety proceduresPrevious furniture delivery or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
