Highly recommend Amazing Glazing Dundee. I was told by other companies that the broken hinge on my double glazed window could not be repaired. I messaged Sean at Amazing Glazing, he asked me to send a picture of the hinge then messaged back and said it was an easy fix, he arrived the next morning and within an hour the window was fixed.
Great job, very friendly and respectful guy, I will definitely use his services in future, he saved us hundreds of pounds
Also got Sean to look at my front door, the handle was broken and the door was looking tired and in need of refurbishing. He took measurements and replaced the handle, locking mechanism and lock, he also replaced the lock on the back door so we only need one key to open both the front and back doors.
Great service, I will definitely be contacting Amazing Glazing in the future.

Our bathroom window was sliding okay but wouldn’t stay open. Sean responded quickly to our enquiry and came out the next day to investigate. He was polite, friendly and incredibly knowledgable and he immediately diagnosed we needed the weights rebalanced and new sash cords fitted. He couldn't fix it on the spot, but came back to sort it once he'd ordered the correct weights for us.
On the day he explained exactly how he was going to do the job and warned us there could be some mess, but to be honest he worked so neatly there was almost no mess at all. We're really happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amazing Glazing.

I desperately needed to change the lock on my front door. My husband and son struggled with a screw to take off the barrel. I advertised on Gumtree for a locksmith and within 15 minutes Guy phoned me. I explained what I needed. He literally jumped in his van and came across the water to me. Within 10 minutes he fixed the screw and put in the barrel. Fantastic service and what an extremely nice person. I would thoroughly recommend him. I'm definitely keeping his number 😊😊😊

We are very pleased with the work Sean has done for us. Many of our double glazed windows and doors didn't seal properly due to broken mechanisms or they were in need of adjustment. All sorted now at a fraction of the cost of fitting new windows.

Sean was very professional and punctual. He was able to identify the issue with my windows within 10-15 minutes (after partly dismantling the windows). He was then able to fix the issue and my windows now open and close perfectly. (My windows were catching on the metal part of the sill when they were opening/closing. They also wouldn't slot into the two catches). Would definitely recommend.
