Description

I provide knowledgeable, practical and compassionate support across a wide range of family law matters. I work alongside a team of legal professionals, including solicitors and barristers, with more than 40 years of combined experience.

I understand that legal costs can be a significant concern. I therefore offer fixed-fee services wherever possible, providing clarity and transparency from the outset, as well as a competitive hourly rate for clients who prefer more flexible support.

I hold a First-Class undergraduate degree, a Diploma in Paralegal Studies and an LLM in Professional Legal Practice. I am also undertaking PhD research within the Faculty of Business and Law.

My experience includes:

* Divorce and financial remedy proceedings;
* Property and asset division;
* Child arrangements and contact disputes;
* Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders;
* Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders; and
* Cases involving domestic abuse and other sensitive circumstances.

As part of my work with military families, I have developed particular knowledge of Armed Forces pensions and their treatment on divorce. Where specialist pension calculations or expert evidence are required, I can help clients understand the process and the importance of obtaining advice from a Pension on Divorce Expert (PODE).

I appreciate that family proceedings are often stressful, personal and emotionally demanding. My approach is supportive and compassionate while remaining clear, realistic and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for each client.
